This dental savings plan is only honored at First Class Dental Care for affordable dental care. This membership is NOT a dental insurance plan. It is secondary to any other dental plan.
what is not covered under this plan?
● For services for injuries covered under worker’s compensation.● For treatment which in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside of their scope of practice.● For referrals or specialists.● For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.● For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile or medical.
